    Requirements:

    • University graduate or current student with a strong academic record
    • Previous Consultancy experience represents an advantage
    • Fluent in both Romanian and English, additional languages represent an advantage (in particular French or German)
    • Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook PC skills – MS Office – advanced level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook), Internet Explorer
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work within a team or independently
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    Responsibilities

    • Works on one or more project topics
    • Conducts interviews with clients or other parties involved in the project
    • Uses several methods to conduct research activities
    • Analyzes data and prepares presentations and other deliverables for the client
    • Analyzes a business problem from various angles and develops preliminary hypotheses for its cause

    Your profile:

    • 4+ years in consulting or relevant industry positions
    • Very good academic record
    • Expertise in a business area, either industry (e.g. retail, distribution, financial services etc.) or functional (supply chain management, sales, process management etc.)
    • Excellent analytical and synthetic skills; structured approach to solving problems
    • Genuine team-player
    • Self-starter
    • Communicate with confidence
    • Availability to travel on a project-need basis, domestically and occasionally abroad
    • English – advanced level; French or German would be considered an advantage
    • PC skills – MS Office – advanced level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook), Internet Explorer

    Your work:

    • Manage and execute management consulting assignments
    • Manage small or medium size projects and coordinate more junior colleagues
    • Perform/ supervise quantitative analyses (defining necessary input, defining data gathering techniques, using data analysis tools); define KPIs; conduct analysis interviews
    • Identify optimization solutions for a given area and produce the deliverables for the assigned work stream
    • Facilitate workshops on various topics (e.g. analysis, alignment, validation)
    • Participate in the optimization of Ensight Management Consulting internal organization (processes, documents, standards, procedures)
    • Contribute to the development of more junior colleagues
    • Develop the services portfolio and promote Ensight offering

  • Educatie/Pregatire:

  • CERINTE:
     Studii superioare finalizate
     Experienta profesionala 4 – 8 ani intr-o pozitie similara sau intr-un domeniu relevant (din care minim 3 ani de analiza a proceselor de afaceri) Experienta in management consulting reprezinta un avantaj.
     Cunostinte solide si experienta practica in optimizarea proceselor si generarea solutiilor prentru imbunatatire
     Experienta practica in implementarea LSS in produsele din mediul industrial
     Limbi straine: Engleza si Franceza nivel avansat
     Cunostinte avansate de operare PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook); Internet Explorer
     Abilitati de coordonare a echipelor / parti implicate in implementarea solutiilor identificate
     Cunostinte si experienta in lucrul cu instrumente software de desenare a proceselor (ex. MS Visio, Aris, Adonis)
     Competente si experienta practica in desenarea hartilor de procese conform diferitor standarde (BPMN2.0)
     Cunoasterea unor metode de analiza si optimizare procese (ex. Re-engineering, Lean, Lean Six Sigma)
     Excelente abilitati de comunicare si prezentare; abilitatea de a lua decizii si de a lucra in echipa sau independent; experienta in livrare de workshop-uri
