On the 23rd of October a.c., Ensight Management Consulting invites you to take part in the seminar „Practical solutions for ending the crisis: Procurement, stocks and sales optimization”. The Ensight event is aimed at bringing together top executives from major companies in Romania and top consultants in order to discuss practical solutions and instruments for the optimization of the procurement, stocks management and sales functions that will help companies build a stronger market position for the moment when the crisis ends.
During three hours of presentations and open discussions, we intend to approach together with you the main challenges companies are confronted with today in terms of both liquidities management and ways in which they could use the opportunities of the current crisis in order to strenghten their market position and prepare for the upturn.

Sorin Buga

Sorin Buga

Is a Principal Consultant in Ensight Management Consulting and has 14 years of experience in strategy and operations management in various industries such as retail, distribution, media products, IT&C, furniture, oil and gas. His area of expertise covers project management and supply chain management – procurement, stocks, wharehousing and logistics. Sorin Buga has a vast experience in transformation projects such as post-merger integration, reorganization, restructuring, selection and implementation of ERP systems.

Manfred Schmauch

Is a Principal Consultant in Ensight Management Consulting and has 12 years of experience in human resources consulting and change management in various industries such as financial services, production, pharmaceuticals, logistics, oil and gas. His experience also covers numerous cultural aspects in large scale transformation projects, and their formulation into programmes and strategies for human resources and change management (reorganization, career development, recruitment, SSC, organization and processes, communication and mobilization, cultural transformation, change management and performance management).

Sorin Spiridon

Is a Senior Consultant in Ensight Management Consulting and has 15 years of experience in sales management, sales analysis and reporting. Sorin is specialized in the elaboration and implementation of sales performance indicators. He was responsible with the definition and implementation of sales strategy for one of the leaders of the office equipement and IT&C market. Sorin Spiridon had been involved in consulting missions for important players activating in retail and pharma industry.

Viorel Cernea

Is a Senior Consultant in Ensight Management Consulting. He has 9 years of experience in multinational companies as a Senior Buyer. His area of expertise covers various subjects, from the organization of the procurement activity to operational processes of supplier selection, negotiation and evaluation. Within his consulting missions Viorel Cernea worked for important players from retail, pharma, oil and gas and energy fields.
